Volution Holdings Limited was formed from the management buy-out of Smiths Group plc's building services businesses in December 2002.

The group includes a number of market leading brands supplying the UK construction sector, including Vent-Axia and Torin-Sifan.

Volution's management has a wealth of experience within the sector in general and is led by Chief Executive, Kevin Sargeant who is joined on the main board by Lee Rutter and Steve Diamond.

The group aims to continue to offer its expertise as a leading supplier of building services products for many years to come, and in doing so, grow its presence in the sector.
